  1. Visit MyChart.HonorHealth.com.
  2. Click on the Sign-Up Now button in the New User? box.
  3. Complete the online form and verify your identity.

Sign up through the app

  1. Access the App Store or Google Play Store on your smartphone.
  2. Search for MyChart.
  3. Download the free MyChart app.
  4. Launch the MyChart app and select the HonorHealth logo as your healthcare provider.
  5. Select Sign-up now on the login page.
  6. Complete the online form and verify your identity.

Instant activation – during the scheduling, check-in or discharge process, you may receive an email with a link to quickly complete your MyChart sign up.

  • HonorHealth Medical Group patients: Your activation code is on your after-visit summary paperwork.
  • HonorHealth hospital patients: Your activation code on your discharge paperwork.

Please note: For your security, your one-time activation code expires after 60 days. If you’re experiencing problems with your activation code or need a new one, please call the HonorHealth Customer Navigation Center at 623-580-5800.

HonorHealth is committed to sustainability

Starting Wednesday, April 10, 2024, HonorHealth patients and guarantors with a MyChart account will be automatically enrolled in paperless billing and will stop receiving paper billing statements in the mail.

MyChart benefits for HonorHealth patients

With MyChart you can:

  • Schedule, reschedule or cancel appointments with your provider online.

  • Request an appointment from providers or specialists with whom you are already established.
  • Review test and lab results.
  • Email your healthcare provider with non-urgent medical questions and get a response within two business days.
  • Request prescription refills from your doctor/provider.
  • Review and update your medications, immunizations, allergies and health history or provide updates regarding current health issues.
  • Access patient education resources through nationally recognized sources.
  • Review post-visit instructions.
  • Conveniently and securely pay your bills online for all of your HonorHealth accounts.
  • Pre-register for your delivery.

Get fast, affordable care from anywhere, with Epic E-Visits

E-Visits are available to current HonorHealth patients with MyChart accounts. The service allows you to answer questions about your medical issue, submit via MyChart for an HonorHealth provider’s review, and then wait for the treatment plan that will be sent to your MyChart messages.

Getting started is easy

  1. Sign in to MyChart
  2. Select E-Visit from the menu
  3. Answer a series of questions about the reason for your visit
  4. Verify/update your insurance information
  5. Add a payment method (for an authorization hold to be placed on your card for the E-Visit)
  6. Verify/update your personal information
  7. Click Submit

If an in-person visit is necessary based off your condition, you’ll be instructed to call 623-580-5800 to schedule an appointment.

If you are a new patient, please call 623-580-5800 to schedule an in-person appointment.

E-Visits are for non-urgent conditions. If you need urgent medical attention, please contact your primary care provider by phone or find an urgent care near you. For medical emergencies, call 911 immediately.

Request access to a child or family member’s account

Active MyChart users can assign and/or revoke proxy access directly through MyChart. To do so in your MyChart account, go to: Menu > Share My Record > Friends and family access > Invite Someone

If the patient does not have a MyChart account, please follow the instructions below:

For children up to age 18, you can request proxy access to view their MyChart account by completing the Request for MyChart Child Proxy Form (PDF).

If you are taking care of a parent or other adult, once the patient agrees to allow you to serve as their proxy, please complete and follow the instructions on the Request for MyChart Adult Proxy Form (PDF).

Save a Spot with HonorHealth Urgent Care

Now available at HonorHealth Urgent Care locations, check estimated wait times and hold your spot in line with Save a Spot. To learn more about this new tool and how it can work for you, read our frequently asked questions.

To save your spot in line, follow these easy steps:

  1. Sign in to MyChart.
  2. Select Urgent Care Visit from the menu.
  3. View wait times, and select your preferred location.
  4. Verify/update your personal information.
  5. Click Submit.

Please note: This tool allows you to save your spot in line. It is not a scheduled appointment. Our team will evaluate patients upon arrival. Those requiring immediate medical attention are seen first.

Share your health information with another app

If you'd like to use an app to access and import your health information from MyChart you are able to do so if you have an active HonorHealth MyChart account. Learn more about sharing your information with another app.

MyChart is available in Spanish

You can message your provider, request medication refills, ask billing questions and contact customer service through your MyChart account. To update your language preference to Spanish, please:

  1. Visit MyChart.HonorHealth.com.
  2. Select Ver en Español at the top of the sign-in page to switch between English and Spanish.
  3. Or click the globe icon in the top left corner of the toolbar after logging in to switch.

Please note: Some items are not available for translation, including medication and procedure names, chart notes, estimates and virtual visits.

Why are my test results not showing up on MyChart? ›

Some test results are not released to your MyChart account because of their sensitive nature. Your doctor determines which types of test results are able to be accessed through MyChart and which might require an in person conversation.

Why won't MyChart let me log in? ›

If you try to log in unsuccessfully too many times, you might be locked out of the account. In this case, you won't be able to reset your password yourself. For help resetting passwords and regaining access to your account, please reach out to your healthcare organization's MyChart support desk.

What is the purpose of MyChart? ›

Why is my MyChart disabled? ›

Most likely, you have tried to access your MyChart account 5 times in a row using the wrong password. If you do this, for security purposes, your account is disabled. If your account becomes disabled, you should call 740-454-5008.

How do I reset MyChart account? ›

Verify your personal information below. An email with a link to reset your password will be sent to the email address you used when signing up for MyChart. If you do not have a valid email address on file, contact the MyChart help desk at 800-318-4246. They will help you regain access to your MyChart account.
