"I would give 0 stars if I could. Do NOT go here if you have never been before. I received a bill of $467 to visit and get tested for the flu. When I called to get a breakdown of the $467 they decided to tell me then that they charge $325.30 to all new patients. The flu tests (A&B) were about $140 which is reasonable. I would highly discourage anyone from going here as a first time visit. In hindsight I should have went to CVS minute clinic, they have never charged me $325 for an office visit as a new or existing patient. Stay AWAY and save your money!"

"Very likely. Good personal. kind and sympathetic people. Arrived with three children. We receive a lot of attention and care. Do all possible tests to get the right treatment. I think this is one of the best offices. Thank you very much for your work."

"First time visiting recently, I was super impressed. The staff was friendly and professional and the PA I saw had amazing bedside manner. I had all my questions answered without feeling rushed. I was in and out under 1.5 hours. Definitely will be back in the future for any medical urgent issues"

"My first time using ConveientMD Urgent Care. I went to the Ludlow facility as a walk in patient. Wait time was much shorter than I expected without a scheduled appointment. I was pleased to discover that it was very clean. They have a large lobby with enough seating to allow a comfortable space between patients. The staff is friendly and professional. I appreciated that the doctor made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed before I left. I highly recommend this facility."

"Everyone I’ve come into contact here has been a joy to wok with. Estimation times are definitely an estimate, most times they’re shorter than stated. I have always been in and out quickly. they were very understanding and patient with both of my special needs children. All & all a great urgent care ❤️"
